A'Court Butterfield 8 Skirt - Snow Pique

A beautiful skirt made of a stunning pique cotton in bright white, or snow. It has a gorgeous texture, substantial structure and a medium weight. This skirt is a wonderfully easy piece that looks great with all the A'Court shirts or simply a tee. It has a slight a-line with a minimally gathered waist and a drawstring with a contrasting tie. It has a length that hits at the upper to mid calf, depending on where you wear it on your waist. A great, everyday piece that can be dressed up or down.

Fit - This is available in two sizes and has room to stretch with the elastic or tighten with the drawstring. The important measurements are below -

extra small/small - waist (before stretching elastic) - 25", length - 27"

medium/large - waist  (before stretching elastic) - 28", length - 27"

We are in love with this collection and all the intention behind it. Founded by renowned designer Rebecca Taylor, this beautiful collection is fueled by a passion for historical craft combined with a modern sensibility. It began after Rebecca moved home to New Zealand in 2020 with her husband, artist Wayne Pate and their three children. We love this collection as it feels like a fresh take on our favorite antique European blouses and dresses. The pin tucks, the special buttons, the pleats at the sleeves - such lovely details with a feminine quality. And how fun to think of the process of creating a new collection amidst a lot of change and new (old) surroundings. Sometimes those moments bring us to our best!
